This notice explains how booking inquiry information is handled. It is not legal advice.
Booking inquiries collect the contact name, organization, reply email, venue, city and country, event date and type, expected capacity, budget range, and optional message. The purpose is replying to and qualifying a booking inquiry.
Where the booking service is enabled, inquiry data may move through an encrypted outbox, controlled service providers, and the existing CRM. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, any contract, legal, suppression, and audit purposes. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
No payment is collected by this site. No non-essential cookies or behavioral advertising are active on this site. If that changes, notice and consent controls must be updated before release.
Where applicable, people may seek access, correction, objection, erasure, or make a complaint. Review the Philippine Data Privacy Act, data-subject rights guidance, and right to object guidance.
